The Party Cell of the Department of Finance Office held the 1st Congress for the 2025-2027 term.

On the morning of June 12, 2025, at the Hall of the Department of Finance, the Office Party Cell held the Party Cell Congress for the 2025 - 2027 term. Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Ma Tan Cop - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department; representatives of Party Cells under the Party Committee of the Department of Finance and party members currently active at the Party Cell.

The Congress of the Office Party Cell for the 2025-2027 term took place in the atmosphere of all Party members, civil servants and public employees striving to compete to successfully implement the key goals and tasks of the industry; to achieve achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Finance sector's tradition, the 85th anniversary of the Party Committee and soldiers of Ca Mau province; towards the 1st Party Congress of the Department of Finance for the 2025-2030 term. This Congress has the task of reviewing and objectively and comprehensively evaluating the achievements and limitations; at the same time, drawing lessons from the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the 2022-2025 term; determining directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2027 term.

The Office Party Cell was established under Decision No. 05-QD/DU dated May 26, 2025 of the Party Committee of the Department of Finance, including party members from the Offices of 02 agencies: the Department of Finance and the Department of Planning and Investment. Up to now, the Office Party Cell has 24 party members, of which 24/24 are official party members; 07 female party members account for 29% of the total number of party members; Regarding the quality of party members: 100% of party members have a professional degree from University or higher. Although the organization has just been completed and put into operation for a short time, the Office Party Cell has quickly built working regulations; assigned party members' tasks; maintained discipline, quality of party cell activities and all aspects of Party building work. The focus is on doing well political and ideological work; synchronously deploying organizational work; seriously implementing inspection and supervision work; enhancing the effectiveness of mass mobilization and union work; Continue to strictly maintain discipline and the principle of democratic centralism in operations; work according to regulations and work programs to ensure scientific and rigorous results.

In addition, constantly strengthen and consolidate the solidarity and unity in the Party Cell and Party Committee; promote the steadfast political will, pioneering spirit, exemplary role, and leading responsibility of each Party member, lead the successful implementation of all political tasks of the Party Cell, contribute to the Party Committee of the Department of Finance to lead the good implementation of the agency's tasks, both regular and ad hoc, ensuring quality and progress.

In the coming term, the Office Party Cell determined to continue to strengthen solidarity and unanimity, promote democracy, strive for creativity and innovation; continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and the quality of cadres and party members; build a clean and strong Party Cell and agency in all aspects to thoroughly grasp and successfully implement the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and the Resolutions of the Party Cell for the 2025 - 2027 term.

Closely coordinate with the Party cells under the Party Committee of the Department of Finance to effectively carry out professional tasks and other political tasks within the scope of responsibility of the Department Office. Strive to build a grassroots party organization with 100% of party members qualified to complete their tasks well, of which 20% of party members complete their tasks excellently.

In his speech directing the Congress, comrade Ma Tan Cop - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department praised the sense of responsibility, solidarity, innovation and efforts of all cadres and party members in the Office Party Cell. In the context of increasingly high requirements of the Provincial Leaders for the Department of Finance in general, and of the Department Leaders for the Department Office in particular, the Office Party Cell always upholds the spirit of initiative, responsibility, creativity, well completing, excellently completing assigned political tasks, professional tasks, especially in the work of organizing the apparatus, cadre work and administrative reform work.

In addition to the achieved results, the Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Department also requested the Party Cell to seriously review the remaining limitations in Party activities, improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of Party members; pay more attention to the work of building the next generation, improve the effectiveness of ideological work, ensure consensus and unity in the entire Party Cell.

Office Party Committee for the 2025-2027 term

Entering the 2025 - 2027 term, the tasks of the Party Cell are very important, especially in the context that our country is implementing a revolution to reorganize the apparatus of the streamlined system, operate effectively and efficiently in accordance with the spirit of the Central Resolution and new requirements on personnel work, and improve the quality of cadres and civil servants. To successfully carry out the political tasks in the coming term, comrade Ma Tan Cop, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department, requested the Office Party Cell to focus on implementing 4 key groups of tasks.

1. Continue to promote political and ideological education , improve political capacity and public ethics for cadres and party members.

2. Pay special attention to the work of advising on organizational structure and personnel work; ensure that organizational structure and personnel work are tight, democratic, and objective, while still maintaining flexibility and effectiveness in practice. Because, personnel work is the "key of keys", the decisive factor for the quality of the agency's operations throughout the term.

3. Promote administrative reform, apply information technology and digital transformation in professional work. Party cells need to grasp technology trends and make the most of digital tools to improve the effectiveness of consulting and management work.

4. Strengthen the building of clean and strong Party cells; improve the quality of Party activities. Party cells need to organize regular and serious activities, linked to professional tasks and current events. Along with that is the work of discovering and nurturing resources, creating conditions for young cadres, female cadres, and capable cadres, ensuring the succession and continuous development of the Party organization.

The Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Department believes that with the tradition of solidarity, high sense of responsibility and determination to innovate and create, the Office Party Cell will continue to promote its central role in the work of organizing cadres, administrative reform, effectively serving the activities of the agency. Each Party member needs to truly be a shining example, a factor promoting innovation in thinking and action, contributing to building a model Party Cell in the entire Party Committee.
