Propaganda training course in 2024

On the morning of August 12, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department organized a training course on propaganda work in 2024. Comrade Bui Mai Hoa, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Head of the training course organizing committee attended and directed the training course.

Also attending were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, experts, reporters, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and 230 students who are propaganda officers from the province to the grassroots level in the province.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Bui Mai Hoa said: In recent times, the province's propaganda work has been deployed comprehensively and synchronously in both breadth and depth; constantly innovating content and methods in the direction of proactively following the Party's policies and guidelines, closely following reality, grasping the situation, being creative, flexible, suitable for each specific subject and achieving important results.

The decisive factor is that the quality of the propaganda staff in the whole province has been improved. Many comrades have extensive experience in work, are dynamic, creative, and responsible in their work.

Training and fostering of staff methods and skills are focused on and have become regular annual work of the Propaganda Department at all levels in the province. Propaganda work has made an important contribution to the socio -economic development and security and defense of the province in recent times.

Noting the difficulties, challenges and new requirements for propaganda work in the current situation, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department emphasized: The training course on propaganda work is organized at the time of preparing for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; organizing activities to celebrate the 55th anniversary of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament, the 65th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Ninh Binh; implementing the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels; implementing the Ninh Binh Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 with the goal of building Ninh Binh by 2035 into a centrally-run city with the characteristics of a Millennium Heritage urban area, a creative city. Professional training is to constantly innovate thinking, improve skills, expertise, improve the quality of propaganda staff, and update new content and information for grassroots staff.

In order for the training course to be of high quality and effective, he asked the trainees to uphold their sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and strictly follow the training course rules, and take advantage of the training course time to study and exchange experiences, practice skills, and contribute to improving the quality of consulting and improving the effectiveness of ideological work and propaganda work.

The training course will be held for 4 days (from August 12-15, 2024). In the training program, trainees will be taught the following topics: positive thinking applied in the propaganda sector; Ninh Binh Province Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050; new points of the 2024 Land Law; cultural industry development and issues arising in the development of cultural industry in Ninh Binh province.

The training course is an opportunity for propaganda staff at all levels in the province to exchange and learn good, creative and effective ways of doing propaganda work.
