Short training course for political commissars of lieutenant and brigade to visit Cu Chi tunnels

The program is a practical activity to celebrate the 58th anniversary of Cu Chi being awarded the title "Land of Steel and Bronze" (September 17, 1967 / September 17, 2025), to welcome the opening of the new school year 2025-2026 of the Academy of Politics ( Ministry of National Defense ); at the same time, it is a meaningful practical study trip when the short-term training class of lieutenant and brigade political commissars is studying and researching the subject of Party History.

At the program, officers, lecturers and students of class K27A offered incense and flowers to commemorate the heroic martyrs at Ben Duoc Martyrs Memorial Temple; watched a model and 3D film simulating the defeat of the Cedar Falls sweep into the Cu Chi iron triangle; visited the area recreating the liberated zone with model areas for experiencing rice planting, pounding rice, catching fish, milling rice, weaving, making traditional rice paper, and an area simulating the architectural landscape of the East Sea...

Staff, lecturers and students learned about the exhibition sites that recreated the daily life and production of the people of Cu Chi, and experienced the tunnel system, shelters, living, working and fighting.
