It was past noon, when we arrived at the area in front of the main hall of the Ministry of National Defense Hall, we still saw Colonel Nguyen Thu Huong, Deputy Director of the Military Exhibition and Trade Promotion Center, General Staff, General Department of Defense Industry (CNQP) attentively watching and guiding the staff to install items at the outdoor exhibition area to welcome the 12th Congress of the Military Party Committee. On the faces of the staff, drops of sweat were pouring out, but all were still engrossed in their work.

It is known that to celebrate the congress, the General Department of Defense Industry was assigned to preside over and coordinate with the General Department of Logistics and Technology (HC-KT) and relevant agencies and units to organize an exhibition area to introduce images, artifacts, products, works, and typical topics of the Vietnam People's Army in carrying out the task of building and firmly protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland, especially in the period of 2020-2025 with the theme "Solidarity, democracy, discipline, steadfastness, innovation, development". Faced with a large workload, high requirements, and urgent and urgent demands, the General Department of Defense Industry proactively coordinated with the General Department of Logistics and Technology, the Political Department (General Staff), the Vietnam Military History Museum (General Department of Politics) and relevant agencies and units to unify the contents and assign specific tasks. In particular, focusing on selecting and introducing images, artifacts, products, works, and topics that are typical, focused, and key in industries and fields, with rich content, diverse forms, scientific layout, and high aesthetics, comprehensively and deeply reflecting the achievements of the Army in the 2020-2025 period.

Due to the drastic implementation, close coordination and specificity between agencies and units, with only a few days left until the congress, according to the reporter's observation, the exhibition work has basically completed many contents both inside the main hall of the Ministry of National Defense Hall (display area of ​​about 300m2 ) and the outdoor exhibition area (display area of ​​about 500m2 ). In particular, in the area to the right of the hall, the Vietnam Military History Museum and the Military Library preside over the exhibition of many images, documents, and artifacts about Party activities, political work, and building a clean, strong, and exemplary Army Party organization... The area to the left of the hall is chaired by the Political Department (General Staff) to display many images, documents, and artifacts about training and combat readiness... The area to the left of the hall's corridor, chaired by the General Department of Defense Industry, organizes the exhibition and introduction of achievements, new generation weapons and equipment products, and typical technical equipment.

In addition, in the front yard of the hall, many typical products were also displayed and introduced. In particular, in the large-scale exhibition area, there were many typical military products, weapons, technical equipment, and information technology equipment, which were the results of research projects at the national level, the Ministry of National Defense, etc.

Ensure thoughtful and solemn

Along with the exhibition work, the work of ensuring service for the congress was coordinated and organized by functional agencies and units in a rhythmic, tight manner, ensuring specific, meticulous and thoughtful work. According to Colonel Nguyen Hong Chien, Deputy Director of the Logistics Department (General Staff), implementing the plans and instructions of leaders at all levels, the unit proactively and quickly developed plans, assigned specific tasks, and deployed preparation work. In particular, it proactively coordinated closely to review, arrange, and ensure the conference hall, the Presidium meeting room, the delegation meeting rooms, the vote counting room as well as ensuring sound, light, tables and chairs, and organizing cleaning both inside and outside the conference hall. At the same time, it coordinated decoration and propaganda both inside and outside the conference hall of the Ministry of National Defense and the guest houses where delegates stayed; The unit proactively ensures essentials, is ready to display the working program, the seating chart of delegates on the LED screen... The reception and service work is also carefully selected and guaranteed by the unit, with specific regulations on uniforms, training in manners and service attitudes for employees throughout the congress service process.

Major General Huynh Tan Hung, Deputy Head of the General Department of Personnel and Administration, added that up to now, the General Department has directed agencies and units to organize epidemiological reconnaissance in the area; organize disease prevention and control measures and ensure food safety and hygiene for delegates. In particular, it has organized monitoring of the quality of drinking and domestic water sources; prepared modern means to strictly implement 3-step food inspection, and kept food samples in kitchens serving the congress. In particular, the General Department has directed the deployment of a mobile medical emergency team; fully equipped with medicines, medical supplies... to serve delegates in the main hall and guest houses. At the same time, it has developed a specific plan; closely directed, inspected, and prepared well the technical condition of means of transport and safety equipment; coordinated and closely cooperated with local forces to ensure that the work of welcoming delegates is thoughtful, timely, and absolutely safe.

In particular, the Army Youth Gala Program with the theme "Under the glorious Party flag - Echoing the song of Victory" to celebrate the success of the 11th Army Emulation Congress for the period 2020-2025 and to welcome the Army Party Congress is currently being finalized, ready for the performance, promising to create a special impression. It is known that during the training process, despite changes in time and location, the participating forces still practiced seriously and with quality. Given the important significance of the program, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, has directly inspected, monitored, and promptly directed and oriented the forces to adjust and complete the program, ensuring the highest quality.

Up to now, the preparation work has been basically completed. With the efforts and responsibilities of agencies and units, the 12th Military Party Congress will certainly be well-maintained, contributing positively to the success of the congress.
