There are 38 students participating in the 7th Political Theory and Party Work Training Course, 2025, for grassroots-level cadres and managers of Viettel Group. During the course, students are trained in basic knowledge; basic industry knowledge; specialized knowledge: Marxist-Leninist theory, Ho Chi Minh thought, leadership and management science , knowledge and skills to organize Party work activities, political work suitable for the professional and technical cadre titles.

This is a favorable condition for students to accumulate and improve their knowledge, thinking ability, methods, and working style according to their assigned duties and tasks. At the same time, this is also a good opportunity for students to exchange and learn from each other's practical experiences from different types of production and business in the Group.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Lieutenant General, Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Sy Loc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Academy of Politics, stated that in the 2025-2026 school year, in addition to concentrated training classes, the Academy will continue to coordinate with units to open training classes and foster political cadres at tactical and campaign levels and coordinate with Viettel Group to organize training in political theory and Party work, political work for the Group's cadres.

To successfully complete the course, Lieutenant General, Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Sy Loc requested agencies, faculties, teachers, and student management units to do a good job of preparing and organizing classes closely; students need to deeply understand the position, role, responsibilities, and tasks of officers in the Army, the objectives and requirements of the course, promote a sense of responsibility, positivity, self-awareness, and passion in learning and research, and turn the training process into a self-training process.

Along with that, each comrade needs to build a scientific and effective learning method; well implement the motto of theory closely linked to practice, learning goes hand in hand with practice; closely combine improving theoretical knowledge and political mettle with cultivating revolutionary ethics and professional qualifications.

In order for the course to achieve good results and meet the set goals and requirements, Major General Nguyen Dinh Chien suggested that students need to promote the spirit, culture and working methods of Viettel to study best, grasp knowledge firmly and effectively; maintain discipline, strictly comply with regulations, actively discuss, research and apply theory into practice, practice fluently into skills.
