Senior Lieutenant General Huynh Chien Thang also requested that the forces absolutely must not be subjective, need to continue to check and review each dangerous area, resolutely not let people stay in unsafe places. Logistics, medical and communication work must be carefully prepared to be ready to respond when the storm makes landfall.
