At the Visa Vietnam Client Appreciation Forum 2025 - a special event celebrating Visa's 30th anniversary in Vietnam, LPBank was honored in this prestigious award category thanks to its impressive growth in card transaction sales over the past year.

Strong breakthrough in international payment

This success is thanks to the close direction of the Board of Directors, the Executive Board and the continuous efforts of units in the entire LPBank system to expand utilities, improve customer experience and promote cashless payments.

In 2025, LPBank recorded a nearly double increase in Visa international credit card payment sales compared to 2024, while the number of active cards increased by 101%, clearly demonstrating customer loyalty and the effectiveness of the bank's card product development strategy.

Three elements of success

The success can be attributed to three factors. First, expanding contactless payment, launching Google Pay and Apple Pay, helping customers pay quickly - safely - conveniently.

Second, introduce LPBank Visa Signature card in April 2025, targeting the high-end customer segment, with growth rate exceeding expectations.

Third, enhance customer care and incentive programs, tailored to the experience journey of each key customer group, thereby encouraging spending and expanding the loyal customer base.
