On the afternoon of November 7, when questioning the Minister of Public Security , delegate Ha Hong Hanh (Khanh Hoa delegation) reflected that recently, a series of cases related to teenagers using drugs were discovered, causing many voters to worry, especially the risk of infiltration into the school environment with many sophisticated tricks, causing unpredictable consequences.
Many students become victims or participate in storing, buying, selling, and transporting drugs. More worryingly, there are more and more new types of drugs mixed with food sold near educational institutions, universities, and secondary schools to attract and entice students to use them.
