Manulife Vietnam paid insurance benefits of more than 3 billion VND to a customer's family in Binh Phuoc

It is known that in December 2023, Ms. N. (residing in Dong Xoai, Binh Phuoc ) participated in Manulife's "Confidently Steadfast" life insurance product distributed by Techcombank. The insurance package Ms. N. participated in has a premium payment period of 10 years, paying 130 million VND per year.

In early March 2024, Ms. N. was unfortunately involved in a traffic accident with a truck on her way home. The strong collision caused Ms. N. to pass away, and her husband was seriously injured.

Customer's family representative receives insurance benefit payment from Manulife Vietnam and Techcombank

With the support of Manulife and Techcombank, Ms. N's family completed the insurance benefit claim procedure and Manulife Vietnam approved the payment of VND 3.12 billion, including VND 1.56 billion of death insurance benefit and VND 1.56 billion of accident insurance benefit. The entire amount was transferred by the company to the beneficiary, the customer's family, on August 14.

It is known that in the first half of 2024, Manulife Vietnam paid nearly 4,000 billion VND in insurance benefits to customers. On average, this company processes more than 41,000 insurance benefit claims from customers each month.
