These days, the Muong people are waiting for the winter solstice to pass to sow the new crop. Under the roofs of their stilt houses, they prepare tools and materials to weave and bend bamboo and rattan to make some household items. From the flexible rattan fibers, through the skillful hands of Muong women, beautiful trays and vases are created.
