Open space, remove bottlenecks, unleash resources for innovation

General Secretary To Lam affirmed that the determined and drastic participation of the entire political system has opened up space to remove bottlenecks and unleash resources for national innovation.

On the morning of October 1, at the National Innovation Center, Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, General Secretary To Lam attended and gave a speech on the occasion of the National Innovation Day 2025. Also attending was Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh .

With the theme "Innovation for all people - Driving force for national development", this year's event affirms the determination of the Party and State in promoting innovation to become the center of socio -economic development strategy, improving productivity, competitiveness, and ensuring sustainable growth.

Speaking at the ceremony, General Secretary To Lam emphasized that the National Innovation Day is not simply an event or a movement, but must identify the spirit of joining hands to bring value in a regular, practical and sustainable manner.

Innovation needs to be spread and permeate all areas of economic and social life. General Secretary To Lam affirmed that the determined and drastic implementation of the entire political system has opened up space to remove bottlenecks and unleash resources for national innovation.

In his response, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh suggested that all levels, sectors and individuals always innovate at all times, places, in all tasks and in all circumstances.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced the Local Innovation Index PII 2025. General Secretary To Lam and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also launched the National Innovation Festival 2025.
