Long-term Connection Program launches new incentive programs for customers

On the occasion of welcoming the 2,500,000th member, MobiFone's Long-term Connection program launched a promotion program with unprecedented upgrade benefits. In the context of a fiercely competitive telecommunications market, MobiFone's Long-term Connection program created a unique mark in customer care. The program was built by this network as a thank you to loyal users, bringing customers countless special benefits. MobiFone's Long-term Connection program also launched new promotion programs to improve customer experience. In particular, to show gratitude to loyal customers over the years, MobiFone launched a card upgrade promotion program for Long-term Connection members. Specifically, members eligible to participate in the program will be promoted to a higher level ahead of schedule if they accumulate at least 85% of the required rating points. Specifically, members who want to upgrade to Diamond only need to accumulate 13,600 points or more (instead of having to accumulate 16,000 points as previously prescribed). Similarly, members who accumulate from 10,200 to under 13,600 points will be upgraded to Gold; from 5,950 to under 10,200 points will be upgraded to Titan; from 3,400 to under 5,950 will be upgraded to Silver; under 3,400 will be upgraded to Bronze. The program applies to the rating cycle of September, October and November 2024. During that time, members will not be limited to the number of early upgrades. Members who are upgraded early will enjoy incentives for each corresponding membership level according to MobiFone's regulations. Not stopping there, from November 1 to December 15, 2024, members who have been issued Diamond, Gold and Titan cards of the Long-term Connection program, with a total accumulated points in their account of 1,000 points or more, will also enjoy the benefit of a free general health check-up at Vinmec/ Mirai Healthcare International General Hospital and a free gene decoding package at Genestory. To enjoy the offer, members who are eligible to participate in the program need to redeem their accumulated points to receive an e-code (1,000 points = 1 e-code). Diamond members can redeem up to 2,000 points to receive two e-codes, one of which can be given to a relative. Each e-code corresponds to a health check-up package at Vinmec/ Mirai Healthcare International General Hospital or a gene decoding package at Genestory.
