Two individuals with tax debts have registered address as Sheraton Saigon Hotel .

Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department has just published a list of 1,890 businesses and individuals owing taxes and other state budget revenues. The total debt is more than VND2,408 billion as of the end of August.

Topping the list of tax debts is Viet Han Saigon Construction Trading - Service Company Limited with more than 467 billion VND.

Next is Yen Khanh Group Corporation with a debt of 246 billion VND; NRC Group Corporation with a debt of 126 billion VND; Cai Mep Investment Corporation with a debt of 88 billion VND and Danh Khoi Viet Real Estate Corporation with a debt of 66 billion VND...

Notably, the above list includes not only organizations but also many individuals with large tax debts, such as Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Phuong (address at 88 Dong Khoi, Saigon ward) who owes more than 158.9 billion VND; Mr. Lam Phuoc Hai (address at 80 Dong Du, Saigon ward) who owes more than 23.2 billion VND.

The two cases above are also the two individuals with the largest debts and coincidentally both have the registered address of the 5-star Sheraton Saigon Hotel.

In the list of tax debts of Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department 1, there are also the names of many other companies such as Lilama 45.3 Joint Stock Company (stock code: L43), Danh Khoi Southern Joint Stock Company...

Notably, in the list of tax debts is J97 Entertainment Company Limited with a debt of nearly 547 million VND.

J97 Entertainment was established in June 2020, headquartered on Cach Mang Thang 8 Street, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The company is directed by Ms. Tran Thi Cam Loan (Jack's mother).

Besides, many restaurants, eateries, and famous fashion brands are also on the tax debt list.

Luc Tinh Kitchen Company Limited (Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Saigon ward) owes more than 6.2 billion VND in taxes.

Quang Kitchen Cuisine Company Limited - District 1 branch (16 Tran Cao Van, Saigon ward) - although closed for a long time, still owes more than 5.2 billion VND in taxes.

Quang Kitchen Cuisine Company Limited (Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Saigon ward) owes more than 1.47 billion VND in taxes.

Branch 2 of S&7 Trading and Service Company Limited - King BBQ Restaurant at 38 Mac Dinh Chi also owes nearly 375 million VND in taxes.

Hoang Phuc International Investment JSC - owner of Hoang Phuc fashion brand - owes nearly 13 billion VND in taxes.

Recently, in the context of increasing tax debt, tax authorities have applied many measures to collect tax debt, including temporary suspension of exit from the country.

According to statistics up to May 2025, tax authorities have collected 4,955 billion VND from taxpayers whose exit is temporarily suspended.
