In the most recent drawing of Mega 6/45 product which took place on the evening of October 22, the drawing council of Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott) found a lottery ticket that won the Jackpot prize worth nearly 134 billion VND.
According to regulations, the winner is obliged to pay personal income tax at a rate of 10% and is deducted immediately upon receiving the prize. Thus, the winner of this Jackpot will receive a net amount of more than 120 billion VND.
The winning individual has 60 days to claim the prize from the date of announcement.

The last time Vietlott recorded a customer winning a prize of more than 100 billion VND was on the evening of September 30. This lucky person is a teacher in Da Nang City, won the Jackpot prize of the Power 6/55 lottery with a value of more than 179 billion VND, received 161 billion VND on November 20. After that, this person donated 2.5 billion VND to charity.
Vietlott was established in 2011, owned by the Ministry of Finance with a charter capital of 500 billion VND. Last year, the company's revenue increased by 25% to 7,915 billion VND, exceeding the plan assigned by the Ministry of Finance by 16.4%. This figure corresponds to an average revenue of 21.6 billion VND per day.
The company said that the prize payment and prize reserve were more than 4,353 billion VND, an increase of more than 915 billion VND compared to 2023. Of which, Vietlott recorded a record prize as the largest prize in the history of Vietnamese lottery worth more than 314 billion VND.
