An elderly person showing signs of being left behind

The other day, when I visited residential group 22, Bo De ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi city, I was really surprised as if I couldn't believe my eyes, when I saw a level 4 house, in alley 33/3/1, house number 4, Hoang Minh Dao street, seriously degraded, the roof was broken, the sky was visible, when it rained, the inside of the house was like the yard.

Through investigation, it was found that the house above belongs to Mrs. Chu Thi Hoan, 70 years old, no pension, single-parent household, who participated in the Youth Volunteers during the anti-American war. When asked, Mrs. Hoan said that the land she is living on was granted by the Aviation unit, she applied for a "red book" 10 years ago, but the local ward has not yet approved it, and there is no written explanation (!). The land is being encroached upon by a neighbor but she does not know who to call and who will resolve it (!?).

Please reflect on the situation of Mrs. Chu Thi Hoan. We hope for the involvement of all levels and functional sectors to consider and protect the legitimate rights of lonely elderly people.
