Improving the quality of reception services for Hue tourism industry

On September 25, Hue City Tourism Association in collaboration with the Hotel Association and Hue College of Tourism organized the opening ceremony of the 2025 Front Office Profession Competition.

The Hue Reception Competition 2025 took place over 2 days, with the participation of 33 contestants from 20 3-5 star hotels in Hue City.

Candidates will go through a 3-part exam, in which the theory part has a score structure of 30%, 2 practical parts account for 70% of the total score.

Mr. Dinh Manh Thang, Vice President of Vietnam Tourism Association, President of Hue City Tourism Association, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Contest, said: The contest is a place to honor the receptionist profession, and at the same time contributes to affirming the commitment of Hue tourism industry in developing high-quality, creative and culturally rich human resources.

The competitions not only test knowledge and professional skills, but also encourage creativity, courage and professional style of each candidate.

The jury consists of experienced experts, tourism lecturers, and hotel managers, ensuring objective judging and selection of outstanding candidates.

This is also an opportunity for businesses to discover and nurture outstanding faces, contributing to building a young, dynamic and promising workforce for the tourism industry of Hue city.
