Hai Phong's winter-spring rice yield is estimated to increase by 1.2 tons per hectare compared to 2024.

As of October 22, farmers in Hai Phong City had harvested 37,835 hectares of winter-spring rice. This year's winter-spring rice yield is expected to be 1.2 tons/hectare higher than the 2024 winter-spring crop.

Communes and wards in the west of the city, such as: Nam An Phu, Bac An Phu, Kinh Mon, Tran Lieu, Pham Su Manh, Tran Phu, Hop Tien, An Phu, Tan An, Nam Thanh Mien, Thanh Mien, Ai Quoc... have harvested about 60% of the area. It is expected that by November 5, farmers will complete the mid-season rice harvest.

Communes and wards in the eastern region harvested about 18% of the area, concentrated in the communes of Nguyen Binh Khiem, Tien Minh, Vinh Hai, Vinh Am... The mid-season rice harvest is expected to be concentrated from October 25 to November 5.

For late-season tea, the entire city is expected to harvest from November 15 to 20.
