Over 1 billion VND in fireworks sponsorship and support from tourists to help people affected by storms and floods

More than 1 billion VND was transferred from the funding for fireworks displays during the 2025 Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival and donations from people and tourists from all over.

Representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and T&T Group Corporation symbolically presented 1,000,000,000 VND to the representative of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong city.

On the morning of October 23, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and T&T Group Corporation (the sponsor of the fireworks display) presented 1,075,000,000 VND to the representative of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong city to support people affected by storms and floods No. 10 and No. 11.

Of which, 1 billion VND is the amount transferred from stopping fireworks display at Memorial ceremony for the 725th death anniversary of National Hero Tran Hung Dao and the opening of the Con Son - Kiep Bac autumn festival in 2025, sponsored by T&T Group Joint Stock Company.

The leaders of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Relic Management Board symbolically presented 75,000,000 VND to the representative of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong city.

75 million VND is the amount of money that the Con Son - Kiep Bac Relic Management Board organized to raise from people and tourists from all over the country attending the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival in 2025, to join hands to help people affected by natural disasters.

Speaking at the award ceremony, Mr. Vu Dinh Tien, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said: “The world cultural heritage Con Son - Kiep Bac is not only a spiritual destination but also a place to spread the spirit of humanity and national solidarity. Each contribution from sponsors, tourists and Buddhists is a great encouragement, contributing to sharing and helping people in disaster areas overcome difficulties.”
