Russia conducts 5 airstrikes on terrorist camps in Syria

Russian news agency TASS reported that a terrorist warehouse and training camp in Idlib province, Syria, was hit by an airstrike on October 8.

Rear Admiral Vadim Kulit - Deputy Director of the Center for Reconciliation of Conflicting Parties in Syria affirmed that the Russian Aerospace Forces have launched a total of five attacks on terrorist training camps in Idlib province, Syria.

Kulit also said that the rebels launched drone strikes from the vicinity of Habulla village in Latakia province and Syrian army positions in Sheikh Mohammed area, killing one Syrian soldier and injuring two others.

In addition, according to Rear Admiral Kulit, the pro-US coalition has carried out a number of violations of deconfliction protocols in the Al-Tanf area in Syria, which is used by this force to fight the Islamic State (IS) organization.
