After washing, squeeze the pennywort to get the juice and dilute it with boiled water to cool or squeeze the leaves and water together. Steam or boil the mung beans until cooked, then mix with sugar and coconut milk, mash and simmer until thick. + 200gr pennywort
+ 1 pig ear
+ Roasted peanuts
+ Lemon
+ Garlic, chili
+ Seasoning: fish sauce, MSG, sugar, seasoning powder.

Step 1: Wash and drain the pennywort. Boil the pig's ear with a little salt until cooked, put it in a bowl of cold water, add some ice to make the ear crispier and squeeze lemon juice to make the ear white. Then take it out and slice it thinly. Crush the roasted peanuts, mince the garlic, and chop the chili.

Wash pennywort, soak in diluted salt water then drain. Clean shrimp, boil then peel, remove head. Boil chicken, cut into thin strips; Peel carrots then shred thinly. Wash Vietnamese coriander, peel and chop garlic and chili.
After preparing all the ingredients, you make the mixed sauce including garlic, chili, lemon, MSG, fish sauce, seasoning powder... When you have the mixed sauce, you pour it on the prepared ingredients above, season to taste.
