Nghe An attracts another 120 million USD project, raising total FDI capital in 2023 to nearly 1.6 billion USD

The project is invested by Radiant Opto-Electronics Corporation (Taiwan) to build Radiant Opto-Electronics Vietnam Nghe An Factory in VSIP Nghe An Industrial, Urban and Service Park.

The project has a design capacity of electronic components including backlight modules (BLU), light guide plates (LGP), brightness enhancing films (BEF), and plastic frame molding (M/F forming) phase 1 of 35 million products/year (equivalent to 2,100 tons of products/year); phase 2 of 10 million products/year (equivalent to 600 tons of products/year).

At the same time, the investor provides factory rental services; accommodation for workers and experts working in VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park; maintenance and repair of products manufactured by the investor in VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park.

Factory and warehouse area for rent is about 45,000 ^m2 and accommodation area for rent is about 14,093 ^m2 .

Thus, by attracting an additional project from investor Radiant Opto-Electronics Corporation with a capital of 120 million USD, in 2023, Nghe An attracted 1.583 billion USD of FDI capital, as of December 20, 2023, ranking 9th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide.
