Engineer Tran Quang Hau - Vice Principal of Central College affirmed that Resolution 71 clearly stated the guiding viewpoint throughout: "Learning goes hand in hand with practice, theory is closely linked to reality, school is closely linked to society". This is a major orientation, of special importance to vocational training institutions today.

In that spirit, the Central College strongly implements a training model linked to reality, in which the practice ratio accounts for more than 70% of the total program duration. Students not only study theory but also directly participate in practice sessions, community projects and real-life experience models. This helps students grasp theory, master skills, and be ready to enter the labor market immediately after graduation.

The school also innovates its training program according to output standards linked to business needs; applies digital technology in teaching; and trains a team of lecturers with practical experience. At the same time, the school opens new professions such as nursing, information technology, marketing, etc. to meet current development trends and human resource needs.

In order to improve the quality of human resources in the spirit of Resolution 71, maintaining a close cooperation network with businesses is necessary. According to Mr. Hau, businesses not only participate in building training programs but also receive interns, sponsor scholarships and recruit students after graduation. Application-oriented university, breaking through Resolution 71

In the field of higher education, Pham Van Dong University ( Quang Ngai province) has set a vision to become a prestigious application-oriented higher education institution in the country by 2030. According to Dr. Tran Dinh Tham - Principal of the school, the school's training philosophy is to shift from "only imparting knowledge" to "accompanying the reality of production, service and community", which is completely consistent with the spirit of Resolution 71.

Based on the advantages of Quang Ngai province, the locality that has just merged with Kon Tum province (old), expanding with potential for industry, agriculture, forestry and renewable energy, Pham Van Dong University aims to train high-quality human resources to serve regional development, especially in industry, trade, services and marine economy.

The school also promotes educational welfare policies, preventing students from dropping out due to difficulties, through scholarships, preferential credit and business cooperation. Following the direction of Resolution 71, the school will expand the scholarship fund, reduce tuition fees with conditions, encourage students to conduct scientific research in association with businesses and support excellent students to access national scholarship funds.
