Just a few days after the award ceremony, Nguyen Tan Dat quickly became a "hot" face in performing and charity activities in Ho Chi Minh City and the Western provinces.

On the morning of October 1, at An Nhon Tay Cultural House (Cu Chi), Nguyen Tan Dat performed the famous ancient song "Hang Vo Biet Ngu Co" by People's Artist Vien Chau in a charity art program organized by Thy Nhung Entertainment Art Center.

His soulful voice and emotional performance moved the audience, who gave him a round of enthusiastic applause. At the event, Thy Nhung Entertainment Center congratulated him on his achievements as evaluated by the Press Council at the 20th "Golden Bell of Traditional Music" competition in 2025.

This success is considered a worthy recognition for his burning passion for reformed opera, and a great motivation for him to continue to stick with, preserve and spread the traditional artistic values of his homeland.

The program also distributed 100 gifts to support people in need, demonstrating the spirit of social responsibility alongside artistic activities.

Nguyen Thanh Dat brings theatrical breath to the West

Not only performing in Ho Chi Minh City, Nguyen Tan Dat also actively participates in charity programs in many localities. On October 4 (Saturday), he will accompany the Charity Light group to Hieu Trung A Primary School (Tieu Can district, Vinh Long province - former Tra Vinh ) to give Mid-Autumn gifts to students and people in difficult circumstances.

Here, he and actress Thuy Trang will perform an excerpt from "The Drum of Me Linh" (authors Viet Dung, Vinh Dien), bringing to the rural audience a performance that is both emotional and imbued with national history.
