According to initial information, on the night of October 7, the nurse on duty discovered a patient with signs of a weak pulse, cardiac arrest, and respiratory arrest, so she immediately reported to the doctor on duty to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation. At the same time, the doctor on duty invited relatives in to inform them of the patient's condition.

At approximately 9:36 p.m., a man, identified as a relative of the patient, arrived. He made repeated phone calls and then, for unknown reasons, struck a female medical worker standing nearby in the face and head.

When hospital security and Tam Thang Ward Police arrived at the scene to resolve the incident, the man resisted and was forced to leave.

It is known that the relative of the above mentioned man did not survive. Therefore, the authorities have temporarily not handled the case.
