Storm No. 10 caused heavy rain and strong winds, causing significant damage in Thanh Sen ward.
Many trees were broken, billboards and roofs were blown off.
From early morning, officers and employees of Ha Tinh Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company started to clean up the landscape, environment, and repair damage. Many trees were re-erected and fixed to preserve the urban landscape after the storm.
Environmental workers work hard to collect garbage, clean up, and restore the landscape to the central city.

At the Provincial Cultural - Cinema Center, sanitation work is also being actively implemented. Deputy Director of the Provincial Center for Culture, Cinema and Tourism Promotion Tran Van Sang said: "With careful and thorough preparation in advance, storm No. 10 did not cause significant damage. Currently, the staff is coordinating with other forces in the area to actively clean and renovate the campus to prepare for the province's important event."
