The event is expected to have the participation of 750 delegates, including representatives of the Party and State leaders, leaders of departments, ministries, branches, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroines of the People's Armed Forces, Heroines of Labor in the renovation period; leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union and the Women's Unions of provinces and cities; collectives, individuals, typical women with outstanding achievements in implementing the Union's work and in all areas of life and society. The commemorative activities aim to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere among cadres, members, and women nationwide; arouse the tradition of solidarity, creativity, and aspirations of Vietnamese women. This is also an opportunity to affirm the maturity of the Union and the women's movement, promoting the active role of women in Party building, the political system, and national development. The activities contribute to promoting the successful implementation of socio-economic, defense and security tasks, spreading the spirit of innovation and integration, and welcoming the Party Congress, Fatherland Front Congress and Women's Congress at all levels.
The conference to review 15 years of implementing the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's" to participate in new rural construction; mid-term review of Project 938 for the period 2022 - 2025 and the Godmother Program for the period 2021 - 2025 took place on the morning of October 2, with the participation of about 300 delegates, including leaders of the Party and State; representatives of the Committees of the National Assembly , the Central Propaganda Department, the Central Mass Mobilization Committee, ministries, branches, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations; leaders of People's Committees, departments, branches and Women's Unions of provinces, cities, affiliated units; representatives of international organizations, accompanying units. The "Women say no to unsafe food" festival is scheduled to take place for 2 days (October 18-19) at Thong Nhat Park and Tran Nhan Tong walking street, Hanoi with many rich and practical contents. The program includes: Rally "Women say no to unsafe food" festival opening on the morning of October 18; parade and running activities with the theme "Women for a smoke-free environment" co-organized by Vietnam Women's Newspaper on the morning of October 19 with the participation of over 2,000 women, students, residents and tourists, to encourage a sporty lifestyle, improve health and prevent the harmful effects of tobacco, and encourage smart and sustainable consumption.
