Many cooperatives are linked in chains in the production and consumption of agricultural products.

Implementing Decree 98/2018/ND-CP on policies for developing cooperation and linkage in production and consumption of agricultural products, in the first 6 months of 2023, the sectors have deployed support for 4 Cooperatives (Gia An Agricultural Service Cooperative, Duc Phu Agricultural Cooperative - Tanh Linh district; Sung Nhon Agricultural Cooperative and Vo Xu Agricultural Cooperative, Duc Linh district) according to the linkage chain in production and consumption of agricultural products (rice).

This policy has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee and is currently being implemented according to Decision No. 48/QD-UBND dated January 7, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee, on approving financial support for the implementation of the plan to link the supply of input materials and services, processing associated with the consumption of high-quality rice in Duc Linh and Tanh Linh districts, of Dai Nhat Phat Production & Trading Company Limited and 5 agricultural cooperatives.

In addition, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is completing documents to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval for 3 linkage chains: Project on linking production and consumption of high-quality rice in the organic value chain of Dai Nong Co Gioi Company Limited and 3 agricultural cooperatives; Project on linking the supply of input materials and services, organizing production, harvesting, preliminary processing associated with dragon fruit consumption at Phu Hoi organic dragon fruit service cooperative and associated households in Ham Hiep commune; Project on linking dragon fruit production in the value chain according to GlobalGAP standards of Thuan Tien cooperative and 4 agricultural cooperatives.

In addition, the People's Committee of Bac Binh district has implemented linkages in production and consumption of agricultural products in the district. Up to now, Thai Binh Agricultural Trade and Service Cooperative has signed a contract to link rice production with Hong Son Dragon Fruit Production and Service Cooperative (Ham Thuan Bac district).
