According to Decision No. 505/QD-TTg dated April 22, 2022 of the Prime Minister, October 10 of each year is chosen as National Digital Transformation Day with the goal of promoting the comprehensive digital transformation process on all three pillars: Digital Government, digital economy and digital society.
With the theme "Digital transformation: Faster, more efficient, closer to the people", the Ministry of Science and Technology expects the identity of the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 to become a unified logo, helping communication activities and events nationwide to be highly synchronous and recognizable.
In order for the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 to have a strong influence on the whole society, the Ministry of Science and Technology recommends that ministries, branches and localities popularize and communicate the identity of the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 by displaying the identity on the electronic information portals of agencies and localities, on electronic boards and public screens under the management of ministries, branches and localities and on electronic newspapers of sectors, fields and localities in October 2025; Include the identity in online and direct publications of events responding to the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 of agencies and localities; Encourage cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of agencies and localities to respond on cyberspace by changing their profile pictures to include the identity frame of the National Digital Transformation Day on October 10, 2025.
