The 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army for the 2025-2030 term is about to take place. This important political event attracts the attention and expectations of officers, soldiers and people across the country.

Competitive atmosphere from training grounds, ports to remote islands and platforms

On the training grounds, ports, outpost islands, platforms, and stations, the atmosphere of competition to achieve achievements to welcome the 12th Party Congress of the Army is bustling and exciting.

At Naval Region 4, these days, officers and soldiers are enthusiastically training and practicing combat readiness plans, while organizing many cultural, artistic and sports activities, creating an atmosphere of solidarity and competition for victory.

In Truong Sa special zone, Khanh Hoa province, each shift and each training session is identified by soldiers as a practical action to offer to the congress.

Not only on distant islands and seas, on the mainland, Navy units have launched emulation movements towards the congress, focusing on completing training tasks well, being ready for combat, mastering weapons and equipment, and improving the quality of technical and logistical work.

In particular, the units have been checking the completion of K3 training (combat coordination formation) and the second live-fire exercise at sea in 2025. At the same time, the entire Army has been promoting the peak emulation campaign "Raising the August red flag - Emulating to win 3 firsts" to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2, to welcome the 11th Army Emulation Congress and the 12th Army Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

The Navy's mark in the past term

During the 2020-2025 term, under the leadership and direction of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, the entire army has achieved many great achievements. In particular, the Navy has made outstanding marks in many aspects.

The service continues to promote the building of a regular, modern force with all its components. The overall quality and combat strength are constantly improved, meeting the requirements of the core task of protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland in the new situation.

The entire Army has stepped up training, combat readiness, building discipline, and training discipline. That will be a breakthrough, contributing to improving the overall quality and combat strength of the entire army in the coming term."

New faith and expectations

According to the program, the 12th National Party Congress of the Army will take place from the afternoon of September 29 to the morning of October 2, with a preparatory session on September 29, an official opening on the morning of September 30 and a closing session on the morning of October 2.

The Congress has the task of summarizing the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress of the Army, term 2020-2025; determining the direction, goals, tasks, and leadership solutions for the term 2025-2030; discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; and electing the delegation of the Army Party Committee to attend the 14th National Party Congress.
