Ninja Van speaks out about the controversy over its subsidiary "closing" in Vietnam

Ninja Van Group has just informed the Vietnamese press about the scandal in which a technology company specializing in logistics belonging to Ninja Van is temporarily suspending operations in Vietnam to resolve the issue of late payment of salaries and social insurance for employees.

There are three temporary offices in Vietnam including Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh, Hanoi . It is known that ECRM Nobita specializes in developing customer relationship management software solutions for online businesses.

Regarding this issue, Ninja Van Group said that it is the sole owner and shareholder of ECRM Nobita. However, according to the scope of the general agreement agreed upon between the two parties, ECRM Nobita's subsidiary in Vietnam is allowed to operate completely independently.

As soon as notified by ECRM Nobita staff, the group contacted and conducted discussions to collect information to find suitable partners.

The roadmap to solve the above problem was revealed. Accordingly, on September 10, Ninja Van Group held an online meeting with all employees from three different cities. During the meeting, Ninja Van Group presented the reason for the meeting, and then the team from the group conducted direct discussions with the employees.

In addition, the company has recorded all questions and concerns from each employee and forwarded them to the Ninja Van Group's leadership.

As the owner of ECRM Nobita, Ninja Van is committed to fully performing its obligations and taking all possible actions to thoroughly resolve the issues of ECRM's staff.

Top priority is to address the delay in salary and social insurance payments, ensuring this does not happen again.

As of September 20, Ninja Van Group has completed payment of overdue salaries to the bank accounts of ECRM Nobita employees.

"Over the past week, we have accelerated efforts to control the payroll system and bank accounts to serve the remediation work. This ensures that we can handle future payroll issues and we are still in the process of continuing to review the overall situation at ECRM Nobita," - Ninja Van's statement said.

At the same time, this unit also emphasized that ECRM Nobita is completely separate from the core operations in the transportation sector of Ninja Van Vietnam.
