Moreover, the Center has applied information technology in management and operation, connecting online with commune health stations to carry out weekly work promptly and effectively.

Information of people visiting medical facilities can be looked up quickly and conveniently.

It is known that, in addition to the Tran Yen Regional Medical Center, all medical examination and treatment facilities in the entire Lao Cai health sector have implemented scientific processes associated with administrative reforms such as: simplifying procedures and medical examination processes, publicly and transparently posting medical services; installing maps and signs to show directions to departments... Along with that, units in the sector also increase the application of information technology in management and operation. Up to now, 100% of units, medical examination and treatment facilities and commune and ward health stations have implemented interconnection of medical examination and treatment data.

To achieve that result, the health sector has directed its affiliated units to implement the annual plan, promote propaganda on administrative reform in the sector's newsletter, promptly commend and reward collectives and individuals who have performed well in administrative reform work... In addition, the health sector has issued documents to implement the work of controlling, reviewing and evaluating regulations and administrative procedures in 2025. The Department regularly updates and promptly publicizes amended, supplemented and newly issued administrative procedures under its jurisdiction on the Department of Health's Electronic Information Portal and updates the connection with the National Public Service Portal.

Medical units have made cashless payments in medical examination and treatment since the beginning of the year, reaching 188,110/378,935 transactions.

Up to now, there are 176 administrative procedures (153 provincial-level administrative procedures and 23 commune-level administrative procedures). In addition, the Department regularly strengthens propaganda and cuts 76/135 administrative procedures performed at the one-stop department for administrative procedures within the scope and state management functions of the Department. In addition, 65 provincial-level and commune-level administrative procedures have registered to perform online public services throughout the process, of which 57/135 administrative procedures are performed at the one-stop department.

On the other hand, implementing the digitization of records and results of administrative procedure settlement according to the Government's regulations in Decree 45/2020/ND-CP dated April 8, 2020 and Decree 107/2021/ND-CP dated December 6, 2021, linking digitalization with the performance of duties of civil servants and public employees in the process of handling administrative procedures, after the merger, Lao Cai Department of Health received 1,222 records, 1,114 records were resolved (100% on time) and 108 records are being resolved (100% on time). In parallel, the review, assessment and updating of administrative procedures were promoted when implementing two-level local government, specifically implementing 28 decrees of the Government on decentralization of administrative procedures, internal administrative procedures, the entire process...

In order for administrative procedure reform to be truly effective, Deputy Director of the Department of Health Nguyen Trung Hieu said: Along with the synchronous implementation of solutions throughout the industry, the Department regularly monitors and directs departments and units to update, research, and review legal documents to control administrative procedures that have been announced, creating convenience for people and businesses. At the same time, continue to advise on the publication of the list of new amended and supplemented administrative procedures when legal documents with changes have been announced by ministries and branches.

In addition, the health sector is also determined to resolve 100% of administrative procedures in accordance with regulations, processes, and deadlines; promote propaganda on providing online public services for administrative procedures of the Department of Health and new administrative procedures in the health sector.

Shorten the time for patients when doing procedures at medical examination and treatment facilities through scanning citizen identification cards.
