Recently, the song “Brightening Vietnamese Youth” (composer Phuoc Nguyen) performed by singer Minh Sang has attracted the attention of the audience. The chorus is loved by many young people because of its vibrant melody, arousing pride.

This is an art project to celebrate the 69th anniversary of the Vietnam Youth Union's Tradition Day (October 15, 1956 - October 15, 2025). The song carries a vibrant and heroic spirit, aiming at today's young generation and the whole nation to enter a new era.

In particular, the medley section mixed with Cai Luong colors performed by Meritorious Artist Vo Minh Lam created a unique and fresh highlight for the song.

Meritorious Artist Vo Minh Lam not only contributed his voice, but also directly wrote the lyrics for this reformed opera. This is the first time the reformed opera sound has been incorporated into a propaganda music product, as a unique cultural highlight, creating a bridge between tradition and modernity.

Meritorious Artist Vo Minh Lam shared that he is very willing to participate in community projects, hoping to send his heart to his homeland and country and encourage young people to constantly strive to improve.

This product also marks the 20-year milestone of Minh Sang's perseverance with music. He has participated in many big competitions such as The Voice, Ho Chi Minh City Television Singing Star, The Voice of Vietnam, X-Factor... or recently, The Storyteller, Shining Stars.

Although he was formally trained at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music, Minh Sang had a period of time when he almost disappeared from the music scene. He once confided: “I am grateful for the time when I stopped singing for nearly 2 years to focus on my business. That was when I learned discipline, how to plan my artistic path, and not just sing according to inspiration.”

The male singer said that after experimenting with many genres, he chose to pursue music that encourages and inspires the lives and dedication of today's youth; songs about homeland, country and national pride. He believes that with the effects of time, this music genre will always have a place, if the artist is sincere and serious enough.
