Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was appointed to continue holding the position of Secretary of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee.

On the morning of October 5, at the 1st Congress of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Tran Vu Khiem, on behalf of the Presidium, authorized by the Politburo, announced the Politburo's Decision on appointing the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Secretary, and the Deputy Provincial Party Committee Secretary for the term 2025 - 2030.

The Executive Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee was introduced and received its tasks.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Executive Committee has 62 members; the Provincial Party Standing Committee has 17 members. Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Le Ngoc Quang joined the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and held the position of Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term. The appointed Deputy Secretaries of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term include: Nguyen Dang Quang; Tran Phong; Nguyen Chien Thang; Tran Vu Khiem.

Member of the Politburo , Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien presented the Decision and presented congratulatory flowers.

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was born in 1974, his hometown is Thanh Hoa province. During his career, he has held various positions at Vietnam Television such as: Deputy Head of the Department, then Head of the News Department, Deputy General Director, General Director of Vietnam Television. On January 30, 2021, at the 13th National Congress of the Party, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was elected as a member of the 13th Party Central Committee, term 2021-2026.

On October 31, 2024, the Politburo issued a Decision to transfer, assign and appoint Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, General Director of Vietnam Television to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term. On July 1, 2025, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee (new) for the 2020 - 2025 term.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Tran Vu Khiem, on behalf of the Presidium, authorized by the Politburo, announced the Politburo's Decision.
