Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam was re-elected as Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam, Secretary of the 19th Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the 20th Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, with 100% of the votes.

On the morning of October 2, at the Provincial Center for Culture - Cinema and Tourism Promotion, the 20th Congress of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term entered the 3rd working day with many important contents and held the closing session.

At the opening of the working session, the Congress listened to Head of the 19th Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Truong Thanh Huyen, on behalf of the Presidium, report on the results of the first meeting of the 20th Ha Tinh Provincial Party Executive Committee.

Accordingly, at the first conference held on the afternoon of October 1, the 20th Provincial Party Executive Committee elected the Provincial Party Standing Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 15 comrades.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam, Secretary of the 19th Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the 20th Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, with 100% of the votes.

The conference also elected Mr. Vo Trong Hai, Deputy Secretary of the 19th Provincial Party Committee, to be re-elected as Deputy Secretary of the 20th Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee; and elected Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, member of the Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The 20th Provincial Party Executive Committee elected 13 members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Mr. Duong Tat Thang, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the 20th Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

The Congress elected a delegation of 21 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates to represent the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.

At the working session on the morning of October 1, the 20th Congress of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee also elected 55 comrades to the Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam was elected to hold the position of Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

In his acceptance speech, Ha Tinh Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Lam promised to continue strengthening solidarity within the Party Committee and within the Party organization. Always maintain political courage, be steadfast in the Party's goals and ideals; be exemplary in ethics and lifestyle; put the people's interests first and foremost; be closely attached to the people, and take improving the material and spiritual life, prosperity and happiness of the people as a measure of leadership and direction effectiveness.

Strictly implement the Party's Charter and principles, especially the principles of democratic centralism, self-criticism and criticism; maintain discipline and order; work impartially, objectively and transparently; strengthen solidarity and openness, creating an environment for cadres, party members and businesses to promote intelligence, innovation and creativity for common development.

Strive to innovate, be creative, act decisively, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility for the common interest; inherit and promote the experience of previous generations; be proactive and flexible in leading, directing, and organizing the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam was born in 1972, from Thai Nguyen. He is a Master of Engineering, Bridge and Tunnel Construction Engineer.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam has held positions such as: Director of the Department of Road Construction Management, General Department of Roads; Deputy Director and then Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Director of the Department of Construction Management and Quality of Traffic Works, Ministry of Transport (before the merger); Deputy Minister of Transport (before the merger).

In March 2025, Mr. Lam was assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee.
