Mr. Nguyen Van Nen: 'People must be the center, cadres must fight to develop the homeland'

On the morning of September 30, the 1st Congress of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 officially opened.

On behalf of the Politburo , Mr. Nguyen Van Nen - Politburo member, Standing member of the 14th Party Congress Document Subcommittee - highly appreciated the efforts of the Party Committee and people of Dak Lak province.

He hoped that Dak Lak would continue to unite and be creative to achieve greater achievements. He emphasized that this was a special milestone as the merger had opened up a large development space, connecting the Central Highlands with the South Central Coast.

He proposed that the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee focus on discussing and agreeing on goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 period, emphasizing 8 groups of targets, 8 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs, and 4 major groups of solutions.

Politburo member Nguyen Van Nen said that after the merger, Dak Lak will have a large space for development, connecting the Central Highlands with the South Central Coast, but this opportunity will only become a reality when there is a team of cadres with enough heart, enough capacity, dare to think, dare to do.

"People are both the target and the driving force of innovation. There can be no lasting solidarity if the leader lacks fairness and courage. Cadres must be combat-ready, not afraid of conflict, and dare to take responsibility," he emphasized.

According to Mr. Nen, it is the capacity and service spirit of the cadres that determine the strength of solidarity, creating the driving force for society to develop together. He suggested that the Provincial Party Committee focus on building a team of leaders with courage, creativity, new management ability and closeness to the people.

He suggested that the Party Committee discuss and agree on a specific action program immediately after the congress, focusing on the fields of infrastructure, digital transformation, human resource development and clean Party building.

"The most important measure is people's satisfaction," he affirmed.
