Da Nang International Fireworks: Former Italian King and new Korean player draw

After 5 nights of eye-catching competition, the qualifying round of the Da Nang Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2025 ended on the evening of June 28 with a fiery match between the Korean and Italian teams.

With the theme "Technology leads the way", the 5th competition night on the evening of June 28, which was also the final qualifying round of the 2025 International Fireworks Festival (DIFF), opened a unique journey of technology and creativity.

Even though it sometimes rained, the two fireworks teams from Korea and Italy still performed world-class light works, continuously pushing the audience's emotions to a climax with artistic surprises in the night sky of the Han River.

Korea brings G-Dragon's music to stir up the Han River

The 5th competition night of DIFF 2025 witnessed the impressive debut of the rookie Faseecom from Korea. With a performance inspired by the Dragon symbol and modern Da Nang city , the Korean fireworks team told a story with light, full of cinema called "Flying Dragon Dance".

The most impressive highlight was when the Korean team set off fireworks to rap music, "lighting up" the sky with Home Sweet Home by the famous star G-Dragon. The bursts of yellow and blue fireworks, exploding with a fast, intense rhythm, made the whole audience excited.

From the very first seconds, the gentle background music "Fanfare" resounded, blending with soft fireworks, leading the audience into the magical space on both banks of the Han River.

Each layer of colorful fireworks effects is carefully staged, with smooth transitions in tone, making emotions seem to be heightened with each chapter of the story.

Former King of Italy lights up the Han River with a symphony of light

From powerful rock to melodious opera melodies, Martarello Group SRL - the renowned fireworks team from Italy, led the audience on a mesmerizing visual journey in the performance "Chorus of Lights - Opening the Future".

This is also the most successful team in DIFF, determined to win the championship once again at this festival.

As the upbeat jazz tune plays, the show takes a sudden turn with bursts of colored fireworks shooting up and down like waterfalls of light.

As the film progresses, the emotional rhythm is pushed to a higher level. Martarello Group uses a series of effects, from fan-shaped cannons that spread out to embrace the sky, water cannons that spray from low to high, and then high-altitude multi-colored cannon effects.

As "Time to say Goodbye," Andrea Bocelli's immortal operatic love song, played, hundreds of fireworks exploded simultaneously, closing the performance with a spectacular "light shower" that filled the auditorium.

Right from the first moments, the performance "exploded" with a series of bright red high-altitude fireworks, blooming violently to each beat of rock music.
