On the morning of September 5, Mr. Do Manh Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, visited the Public Administration Service Center of Le Thanh Nghi Ward and inspected the implementation of a number of public investment projects and works in the ward. He was also accompanied by Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee.
At the Public Administration Service Center of Le Thanh Nghi Ward, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the local government in operating the two-level local government. He requested the locality to overcome the difficulties and problems it is facing, continue to proactively invest in equipment, and promote digital transformation to ensure service to the people.
Inspecting the projects: Renovation and upgrading of T2 canal, Le Thanh Nghi street, Nhu Dinh Hien street and Binh Lau pumping station; Renovation and upgrading of Sat river embankment from Cat bridge to Cay bridge, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee emphasized the need to implement the projects to ensure the social security of people in the area and ensure the environmental landscape.
He suggested that the locality focus on removing difficulties and obstacles related to the project to speed up the implementation progress. Regarding the Project to Renovate and Upgrade Truong Chinh Street, Cat Bridge Intersection and Thong Nhat Street, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee suggested adding a tunnel construction plan to ensure traffic safety and urban beauty.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee awarded the 80-year Party membership badge to party member Nguyen Thi Thanh.
On the same morning, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Do Manh Hien visited and presented the 80-year Party membership badge to comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh in Le Thanh Nghi ward.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh was born on February 12, 1930, in Hung Yen province. She participated in the revolution from the pre-uprising days and held many different positions. Throughout her career, she always maintained her political stance, was absolutely loyal to the Party, and devoted herself to the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland.
At the Party Badge awarding ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Do Manh Hien affirmed that this is the recognition and respect of the Party, State and people for the efforts and dedication of Party members, and at the same time respects the contributions of Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh.
