Implementing the National Trade Promotion Program 2025, the Trade Promotion Agency ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) chaired the organization of a delegation of 36 Vietnamese enterprises in the fields of agricultural products, processed foods, spices... bringing to the fair a new "look": more modern, greener and more creative. This is a key activity in the strategy of building a national brand for the Vietnamese food industry, aiming to enhance the position, increase the value and affirm the quality of Vietnamese food in the international market.

The Vietnam booth welcomed a large number of customers to do business.

This year, Anuga Fair takes place in the context of the European food industry undergoing a profound transformation towards sustainability, health and clear traceability. At the fair, the Vietnamese business delegation has made a strong impression with a professional image and trendy products.

At the fair, the Vietnamese pavilion attracted great attention from visitors and trade partners. Notably, businesses promoted organic, environmentally friendly products that do not use chemicals, are eco-packaged and meet ESG standards - criteria that are gradually becoming mandatory in the European market.

At the previous fair in 2023, Anuga attracted nearly 170,000 visitors from 200 countries and around 8,000 exhibitors from 118 countries, confirming its important position in the industry.

According to industry experts at Anuga 2025, current consumption trends in Europe go beyond “clean eating and clean drinking” to focus on supply chain transparency, health safety, and positive environmental impact.

Vietnamese products such as organic coconut water, cashew nuts processed without preservatives, naturally fermented black pepper, sugar-free freeze-dried fruits, etc. have received positive reviews from European importers.

Mr. Nguyen Truong Thinh, Sales Director of Luong Quoi Coconut Processing Co., Ltd. said: "Participating in Anuga 2025 is an affirmation of our commitment to global standards and sustainable development. We look forward to building strong partnerships based on trust and shared growth. By focusing on natural ingredients, strict production processes and responsibility in sustainable development, Luong Quoi Coconut aims to actively contribute to shaping future global food and beverage trends, especially for the highly receptive European consumer segment."

Not only focusing on product quality, Vietnamese enterprises also invest heavily in packaging, labels and brand stories - important factors in convincing European consumers, especially the younger generation who are making up an increasingly large proportion of the consumption structure. The application of digital technology in traceability, QR codes with detailed information on raw material areas, production processes, international certifications, etc. has helped Vietnamese products increase their reliability and become more accessible to this demanding market.

Vietnamese businesses participate in the fair

With more than 8,000 businesses from 110 countries, Anuga 2025 continues to maintain its role as the leading global trade platform in the food industry. The participation of Vietnamese businesses at the event not only opens up opportunities to directly approach major partners in the EU - a market with strict requirements but with large and stable purchasing power - but also an opportunity to learn and update on the latest consumption trends, processing technology and standards globally.

The Trade Promotion Agency assessed that the proactive and systematic participation of Vietnamese enterprises at Anuga 2025 is a positive step in the journey to build the image of "Vietnamese Food - Safe, Quality, Sustainable" in the eyes of international friends. In the coming time, the cooperation between the State and enterprises in strategic promotion activities will be a key factor to help Vietnamese food reach further on the world export map.
