Visiting the family of Mr. ZaRâm Bôi (born in 1939, a war invalid) and Mr. Ra Pat Chau (born in 1947, a war invalid), Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh kindly inquired, encouraged, and expressed deep gratitude to the war invalids, policy families, and people with meritorious services to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

He expressed his hope that war invalids, families with meritorious services, and those with meritorious services will always strive to overcome difficulties in life, and be a shining example for the younger generations to be proud of, learn from, and follow.
