HNN.VN - On October 8, responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to promote the tradition of solidarity, the spirit of mutual love, "the whole leaf covers the torn leaf", "forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people", Hue City Police organized a launching ceremony to support compatriots and police officers and soldiers in the provinces affected by storm No. 10 (Bualoi).

In September, four consecutive storms formed and operated in the East Sea, of which storm No. 9 (Ragasa) and storm No. 10 (Bualoi) had a strong impact on many localities. In particular, storm No. 10 with strong winds of level 8, gusts of level 10 caused heavy damage to people and property in the provinces of the Northern and North Central regions.

Sharing the loss and grief of the people and officers and soldiers affected by natural disasters, the Party Committee, Board of Directors and representatives of the police of units and localities organized donations. With the spirit of volunteerism, each officer and soldier donated half a day's salary, donating a total amount of about 1 billion VND to support the people and police officers and soldiers of the provinces to quickly overcome the consequences and stabilize their lives.
