After listening to the reports of the localities, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Van Quan acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and determination of the units in compensation and site clearance work.

The time for disbursing public investment capital in 2025 is not much left, so localities need to focus, thoroughly remove difficulties, complete site clearance work according to the committed schedule, and hand over the site to the construction unit. Ensuring the disbursement progress meets and exceeds the set plan will contribute to putting the project into operation soon, promoting efficiency, and promoting local socio-economic development.
Inspecting the actual operation of the two-level local government model, comrade Tran Van Quan requested departments and branches to continue to coordinate, guide and promptly resolve problems for the grassroots. Communes should proactively study and flexibly apply decentralized authority to effectively handle problems arising in practice.
