Specifically, the People's Committee of Lac Phuong commune is assigned to complete site clearance for the remaining 3 households and hand over the site to the Tay Hai Phong Construction Investment Project Management Board, to be completed before October 30, 2025.

The People's Committee of Ha Dong commune completed the site clearance for 1 household and relocated graves within the project boundary, and handed over the site to the West Hai Phong Construction Investment Project Management Board, to be completed before November 15, 2025.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment guides and urges the People's Committees of Ha Dong and Lac Phuong communes to urgently complete site clearance work according to the above schedule.

The Department of Construction guides and urges the Tu Ky Area Construction Investment Project Management Board to accept the resettlement area for handover to households before October 30, 2025.

The West Hai Phong Construction Investment Project Management Board continues to coordinate with the People's Committees of Ha Dong and Lac Phuong communes in site clearance, speeding up construction progress and project disbursement progress. If there are any difficulties or problems, promptly propose and report to the City People's Committee for direction and implementation. Direct construction contractors to concentrate machinery, human resources, funding, and construction materials to speed up the construction progress of projects invested by the board, striving to disburse 100% of the investment capital by 2025.

Projects to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 (Yagi) and post-storm floods from the central budget reserve, assigned to the People's Committee of Ha Dong commune to complete site clearance and hand over to the investor before October 25, 2025.

Project to improve and upgrade Cam Che - Thanh Xuan district road from km0+00 - km9+016, assigned to the Department of Finance to appraise and submit to the City People's Committee the dossier to adjust the project investment policy before October 20, 2025. Assigned to the People's Committees of Ha Bac and Ha Nam communes to prepare the conditions and dossiers for site clearance, and continue to mobilize people to donate land for road construction. After completing the procedures to adjust the investment policy, adjust the project, complete the site clearance work, and hand over to the investor before November 15, 2025.

For the Project to Upgrade Provincial Road 390B and build a bypass route to the center of Thanh Ha town, Thanh Ha district (old), the People's Committees of Ha Nam and Ha Bac communes are assigned to continue to propagate and mobilize people, complete site clearance, and hand over to the investor before November 15, 2025.

Assign the People's Committee of Thanh Ha commune to coordinate with investors to implement the Thanh Ha town new residential area project (joint venture of Tan Phat AA Company Limited and Ha Hai Construction - Tourism Joint Stock Company), clear the site, propose to hand over land to investors to implement the project, including the road connecting from the bypass route of Thanh Ha town center (old) to provincial road 390.
