Accordingly, comrade Ha Trong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the working delegation inspected the landslide risk point in Pa Cheo village, Hua Bum commune and worked with Hua Bum commune on the winter crop production situation; inspected the landslide risk point in Chat Dao village, Nam Cuoi commune.

At the meeting with Hua Bum commune, the commune leaders reported on the situation of winter crop production and urgent natural disaster areas in the commune. Accordingly, the situation of agricultural, forestry and fishery production is relatively stable; the commune continues to focus on implementing production support policies; disease prevention and control on crops and livestock are under control...

The whole commune has 153.6 hectares of winter-spring rice; 327.16 hectares of summer-autumn rice; 160 hectares of spring-summer corn. Continue to maintain and develop cardamom and cardamom trees with over 200 hectares. Carry out well the management, care and protection of existing forests, and implement forest protection contracts with 22,452.19 hectares; the forest cover rate in 2025 is estimated at 66.26%. At the same time, continue to carry out the work of stabilizing the population in Nam Cuoi village; coordinate to arrange the population in Pac Pa village... Continue to implement the National Target Program on sustainable poverty reduction and new rural construction.

In his concluding remarks, Mr. Ha Trong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the two communes of Hua Bum and Nam Cuoi to continue implementing solutions to develop agricultural and forestry economy, including promoting land advantages to develop short-term crops such as ginger, turmeric, and winter crops; strengthening land management in the area; reviewing land areas to put into exploitation, production, propaganda, and mobilizing people to change their thinking, convert crop structure, improve soil, and plant some crops suitable to the climate and soil... to create stable livelihoods and improve income for people.

At the same time, pay attention to reviewing poor households, households that have settled down, and building internal roads. For areas at risk of landslides, the commune is requested to review and build reinforced embankments to ensure people's safety; support some households affected by landslides; pay attention to planning work. The Party Committee and the commune government actively follow the grassroots, check the situation of areas at risk of landslides, and propose appropriate solutions. Assign the Departments of Construction, Agriculture and Environment to review all villages and communes, calculate and build communal infrastructure planning to ensure synchronization and stability, creating room for development in the coming time...
