Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper Nguyen Thanh Loi holds the position of Director and Editor-in-Chief of Ho Chi Minh City General Publishing House.

The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint comrade Nguyen Thanh Loi, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper, to the position of Director and Editor-in-Chief of Ho Chi Minh City General Publishing House.

On September 26, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the personnel decisions. Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, chaired the ceremony.

Also attending were comrades: Vo Van Dung, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Duong Trong Hieu, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Organization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

At the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Committee Duong Trong Hieu announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
