Welcoming the success of the 1st Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, on the morning of September 27, at Tran Van On Primary School, the Hai Phong City Voluntary Blood Donation Steering Committee coordinated with the Hong Bang Ward Voluntary Blood Donation Steering Committee, the Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center (Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital) to organize the "Red Drops of Love" Voluntary Blood Donation Festival.

The program attracted nearly 200 volunteers including cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, youth, workers, soldiers of the armed forces and people in the ward to participate.

Representatives of the Organizing Committee gave flowers and encouraged blood donors.

As a result, the festival collected 163 units of blood, contributing to supplementing blood sources, promptly serving emergency and treatment for patients.
