Hoa Phuong Club received 289 more units of blood in September

From the beginning of 2025 until now, the Hai Phong Hoa Phuong Blood Donation Volunteer Club has mobilized nearly 6,000 people to donate blood, collecting more than 4,900 units of blood.

On September 14, at AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan Shopping Center, Hoa Phuong Blood Donation Volunteer Club organized the voluntary blood donation festival “Giọt hồng nhân nhân”. The festival attracted more than 300 union members, youths and volunteers to participate.

The festival collected 289 units of qualified blood.

At the festival, the Organizing Committee collected 289 units of qualified blood, promptly supplementing the blood reserve to serve the treatment of patients in hospitals in the city.

Thus, for 3 consecutive months (from July to September this year), Hoa Phuong Blood Donation Volunteer Club has organized 2 voluntary blood donation days/month, twice as many as usual, in response to the Call for additional blood reserves of the Center for Hematology and Blood Transfusion (Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital).

Many people registered to donate blood again.

Since the beginning of the year, the club has mobilized nearly 6,000 people to donate blood, collecting more than 4,900 units of blood.

Also within the framework of the program, officers and volunteers of the Hoa Phuong Blood Donation Volunteer Club organized propaganda about congenital hemolytic anemia (Thalassemia) in the community and the significance of organ donation.
