Enterprises and entrepreneurs need to seize opportunities and overcome difficulties by renewing business thinking, being proactive and creative, promoting digital transformation, applying science and technology, striving to enrich themselves legitimately and contributing to the country. At the same time, enterprises need to actively create favorable conditions for Party organizations and mass organizations to operate.

In addition, Party committees, authorities and the Fatherland Front at all levels must effectively implement Resolution 68, creating favorable conditions for the private economy to develop, promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship and legal enrichment. All levels need to ensure a secure and orderly environment, promote the establishment of Party organizations in enterprises and honor exemplary entrepreneurs to spread positive contributions.
