Professor Noriaki Mita, Director of the Mita Gagaku Research Association (Japan), cited a vivid example of Japan's ability to preserve the Asian classical art form called Gagaku. He said that by combining the preservation of classical Gagaku with experiential activities for international tourists, Japan has turned Gagaku into a regular monthly performance program.

Artist Jimin Jeon, Director of Poem Music (Korea) shares about the unique musical collaboration project between Vietnamese traditional music and Korean Sinawi art. The project is sponsored by the Korea Foundation for Cultural Exchange and the Korean Ministry of Culture.

On behalf of the research team, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong, Director of VICAST, shared the story of "Developing community art in Cua Nam ward - from community will to local creative ecosystem". The study proposed an approach to building an art ward model through empowering the community. This is also the direction to continue building Hanoi's Creative City in the spirit of promoting local potential after implementing the two-level local government model. In which, creative art is considered a soft driving force, contributing to sustainable urban governance and development.

Dr. Architect Pham Tuan Long, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Cua Nam Ward, also affirmed that the development direction of the locality is based on the spirit of improving opportunities and cultural enjoyment of the local people. With great potential, the development of cultural industry associated with digital transformation in Cua Nam will continue to have positive steps.

Sharing the same view, Architect Tran Huy Anh also affirmed that the readiness for digital transformation of Cua Nam ward is very high. Besides heritage, the digitization of cadastral and historical documents of Cua Nam ward has created a large data warehouse, serving as a foundation for implementing creative projects. From this data source, researchers, scientists and artists can bring knowledge closer to life, in a close and artistic way. Creative technology will become a new resource to promote development.

Besides, at the workshop, there were also many profound contributions on the development of cinema and music in the context of globalization and strong digital transformation today.
