Russian Broke Boys, a club in the amateur Media Football League, has offered Paul Pogba a monthly salary of $1,500 and luxury private accommodation.
"It was a joke, but we called Pogba. However, he politely refused. Pogba is in a desperate moment and needs time to accept reality. It's difficult for one of the best players in the world to not play for so long," Broke Boys Sports Director Artjom Chatjaturjan told Tuttosport on March 10.
On February 29, the Italian Anti-Doping Court banned Pogba from playing for four years. Previously, the 30-year-old midfielder tested positive for doping on August 20, 2023, and was temporarily suspended from playing since September.
Pogba said he would appeal to the Swiss-based Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). However, if CAS sides with Pogba, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) could take the case to the Swiss Federal Court.

The Media Football League, founded in 2022, is a league for Russian social media celebrities and actors. It is amateur, so Pogba can play while banned from professional leagues.
If Pogba completes his four-year ban, he will not be able to return until he is 34. Juventus is considering terminating Pogba's contract, which runs until 2026 and is worth $11 million a year. Previously, during Pogba's time off, Juventus paid him only $2,700 a month, according to an agreement between the clubs and the Players' Association.
Pogba - wasted genius.
Pogba won four consecutive Serie A titles with Juventus and the Europa League with Man Utd. With the French national team, the 30-year-old midfielder reached the pinnacle when he won the 2018 World Cup in Russia. He scored the goal that made it 3-1 in the World Cup final, beating Croatia 4-2.
