This is a large project built on land located along the Han River, the project has an impressive design with a skyscraper that is receiving public attention.

This super project is called the High-class Cultural, Entertainment, Commercial and Service Park (Da Nang Downtown) with a scale of 76.92 hectares, located at the old Asia Park. This super project owns a prime location along the Han River, between the two bridges Tran Thi Ly and Tien Son. The Da Nang Downtown Cultural, Entertainment Park is considered the "center of the center". This is also the rare remaining diamond land of Da Nang, the "fireworks stage" of the future.

Sungroup Corporation is the investor of this complex. With a total investment of about 79,790 billion VND, Da Nang Downtown will include a cultural and entertainment park, a theater, a riverside commercial area, a green park embracing the Han River...

In particular, the highlight of the project is the iconic 69-storey tower with a height of 408m - the second tallest in Vietnam.

While Hanoi already has iconic high-rise towers such as Keangnam 72 floors (350m), Lotte Center 65 floors (272m), Ho Chi Minh City has Landmark 81 (461m)... the 69-floor tower at Da Nang Downtown will be the new architectural symbol of Da Nang.

The tower will integrate multi-utilities such as 5-star hotel, class A office, luxury apartments, shopping mall, restaurant, bar, observatory, and conference and event area...

The cultural and entertainment park includes: a theater of over 9,000 square meters with 4,000 seats (including an opera hall and a multi-purpose room), a museum area, an exhibition center... Here, Sun Group will invest in high-class outdoor art performances with the participation of the world's leading artists, organize fireworks displays, and light up the night economy of the Han River city.

In addition to Da Nang Downtown, on this August 19, Da Nang also started many large-scale projects such as the Chu Lai Truong Hai automobile mechanical industrial park expansion project with a total investment of more than VND 1,433 billion on a scale of more than 114 hectares in Nui Thanh commune; the Ba Na - Suoi Mo urban and eco-tourism complex project with a total investment of about VND 51,950 billion.
